Xplor's mission is to provide an international forum to educate organizations and enable professionals to build and share knowledge concerning solutions, tools, and processes for communicating customized information.
Xplor members are the users, suppliers, consultants, and service
providers to the electronic document systems industry. Representing
thousands of professionals with varied job titles in over 35 countries
worldwide, they are all engaged in the design, production, and
distribution of variable data documents, ranging from high volumes of
statements, bills insurance policies and personalized direct mail to
very customized marketing materials targeted to a specific customer.
They are involved in using and developing the technology that supports
the document lifecycle: create, capture, store, manage, retrieve,
publish, and distribute.
Xplor member organizations represent major industries such as insurance,
banking and finance, government,education, healthcare,
telecommunications, manufacturing, and software development, among

Region and Chapter Education and Networking Events
In Canada there are over 400 members. These members enjoy excellent
educational and networking opportunities at meetings in their local area
and language, organised by the local region and chapter boards. Region

Electronic Document Professional (EDP) Certification Program

Joint Technology Council (JTC) Program
Participate in one of Xplor's
Joint Technology Councils (JTCs) and make a significant
contribution to the electronic document systems industry. JTCs are
ongoing forums between Xplor members and leading vendor companies,
providing an opportunity for the exchange of ideas between
technology users and suppliers. As a JTC member, you have the
opportunity to influence the strategic direction of vendor products
and services, and be recognized as an industry expert. Vendors who
sponsor a JTC have the advantage of hearing customer requirements,
first hand, and to use that information in future product
development and strategies. Participation in these vendor-sponsored
councils is limited.
Industry Awards
Be recognized by your colleagues and the industry through Xplor's
Award program at the Global Conference and Exhibit. Each year, a
company, individual, or organization that has made a significant
achievement in the electronic document systems industry is awarded
the prestigious "Innovator of the Year" award, and members who have
made significant contributions to the association are honoured.
Participate in the Xplor community and increase your visibility and expertise by speaking at a region/chapter event, or at the Global Conference and Exhibit; through involvement in committees and task forces; or by volunteering to be a leader in your region or chapter.
